Ah, the wonderful Arina Makihara! Okay, so I like bunny girls, so what. Anyway, Arina was one of my favorite fighting game characters of all time and I would not trade her in for any of the designs shown here. However, MANY of the designs would work GREAT as separate characters. See for yourself!

Okay, this is pretty much the Arina we already know and love, except in a different outfit and looking slightly older. I DO like this outfit!

Don't go away yet! Here's an actually NEAT character design for Arina! Arina the cat girl! I love how fluffy she is and I like the hair. This is a grand example of something I wouldn't trade Arina in for, HOWEVER I WOULD like it as a separate character.
Another cat girl Arina. I like the pants. I guess this was the prototype school uniform for Arina's school since this is almost the same outfit as the New Outfit Arina's outfit (that was redundant!). Or, maybe this is the uniform for the highschool rather than the junior high.

Human Arinas. The one on the left is what we would have gotten if Galaxy Fight 2 had come out instead of Waku Waku 7. She's sorta likeable…I guess. Reminds me too much of Lara Croft.
Now there's a new one. Arina the dog girl! Okay I guess, but would have made a better background character.
Fwa?! What the heck is with this version of Arina?! It sorta reminds me of one of Arina's friends, the monkey girl. So thus, let's just assume this is her older sister or something…I dunno. Kinda neat actually, but the hair is a bit too…weird.
This is a much better human Arina. Note the picture of her standing next to Rai, they look almost related. Anyway, a nice try…but no Arina.
I love this design! Definitely on my "Should have been a separate character" list! Inventor Raver Girl? You bet! I LOVE the giant gloves! Note the "Rocket Punch" art off to the side. Also, ever notice how many of these designs have goggles? Apparently for Arina, goggles are a must!
What the hell?! Werewolf Arina?!?! …I like it! Also on my "Should have been a separate character" list. I liked this design so much that I decided to edit the scan I had of it so that it was easier to see. I really would have enjoyed playing as this character.

I dunno what's with this image. It appears twice in the book and it's the EXACT SAME IMAGE! Anyway, it reminds me a little of some sort of techno police officer version of Vice from KOF. Also reminds me a little of King…also from KOF.
