Natsumi is the daughter of Dandy-J's partner. Very little is said about Natsumi, but presumably what happened was Dandy-J's partner was killed or went missing. With no one else to care for his/her daughter, Dandy-J took Natsumi with him. So now, Natsumi follows Dandy-J in his travels. Her job is to drive Dandy's Jeep.

Natsumi is Dandy-J's redeeming quality. While I could care less about the guy, Natsumi kicks much ass. She's just such a neat little perky character. She's cute in a weird "country" sort of way. She's just kinda odd, as she's not bad looking by any means, but she's not real pretty eaither. One of the few times a character has been cute while not being Bishoujo (Crispin Freeman tells us that Shoujo means girl and Shonen means boy! He's so smart *sarcasm drop hits Rai on the head and kills him*). I wish she were playable, and if anyone is intrested in making her playabl;e in MUGEN, contact me! I will gladly make the sprites needed and I've allready ripped every frame of her animation! I just need someone who knows howto make a MUGEN character. PLEASE HELP! I WANNA PLAY AS NATSUMI!

I like her normal colors the most, I usually do because that's the way a character is supposed to look. Her Black top outfit is good too. Her pink one is nice but needs color varaiety and her Red and Green one definitely makes her look like Dandy's little girl, but needs work. I think she should have a green top and brown pants set (Lara Croft) and a Yellow top and Blue pants set (Misty). Anyone else notice that she looks sorta like Misty from Pokemon?

Too bad too! I really like Natsumi and wish she was playable. Then again, I wish almost ANYTHING in Waku Waku 7 was playable! I wanna play as all 3 of Arina's friends, the 1337 Elf D00D in Rai's BG and that little girl on the top balcony of the surf shop in Arina's stage. Oh yeah, and that dog girl in the boys section of Rai's stage who kicks all ass as well. HECK! There's a lot of neat background people in Waku Waku 7! I even wish I could play as Ranpoo! BTW: Notice how Ranpoo bounces too? That is one fat cat! But more on that later.

Fanservice or not, Natsumi is a pretty neat character. Too bad Waku info is so hard to find, I'd like to know more about her, since the game designers always plan more than what is told in the game. Check out "Tech Romancer/Kikaioh" for example! Yeah, I really wish we could find out more about Natsumi, but until then, all we can do is watch…and use the Ranpoo Nage repeatedly so that you can say you beat the game with Natsumi.
